António Fernandez Architects is an architecture and urban planning firm that has developed a number of projects in different areas, such as housing, equipment and services, and also focuses on the design of furniture and graphic design integrated into the works it creates.

The architecture firm began operating in 1993, and in 1998 the company “AFR – António Fernandez e Regufe, Arquitectura e Engenharia, Lda” was created. In 2012 the name was changed to the current name of António Fernandez Architects. The firm has a specialized and diverse technical team dedicated to the design of spatial environments, both small and large scale, instilling in its creation the same rigor and devotion in the idealization, implementation and materialization of the design pieces, furniture and architectural works it designs. António Fernandez Architects is also dedicated to intervention in urban environment planning and design, given the complementary specializations that it has in its team of professionals, having all the legal requirements required for this type of service.
